In my dreams, I had replied to this word. This word stayed with me longer, as I was busy satiating my hormonal hunger. 😄 I am curious to know how your diet regime is right now. It is hard for me to stick with a plan that excludes snacks. For the past few weeks, I have been running purely and sanely on snacks.

Nobody understands your struggle to resist snack attacks better than me! My diet is going swimmingly. I don't go hungry for snacks, and my blood sugar doesn't fluctuate during the day. So far, I've shed 6 kg, which is ideal for me. I still have 10 kg to go, but I feel strong enough to keep going.

I realized that working with a professional can make a significant difference in our health and nutritional habits. I wholeheartedly recommend it:)

Wow, that's amazing. 6 kg less with this plan is a great headway. 👏👏 Bravo! Keeping blood sugar in control is the key. Amazing benefits! Keep it up :) Evening tea time is the danger zone for me. Late-night snacking I had consciously curbed for the last few years.
